This property gives guests a rare High Country experience: peaceful orchard surroundings, scenic Blue Ridge Mountain views, and convenient access to the best of Banner Elk.
Inside, the home is designed for comfort and ease. 2 spacious bedrooms makes this a great fit for couples, small families, wedding guests, Lees-McRae visitors, ski weekends, and relaxed mountain getaways. The living room includes a regular sofa and smart TV, giving guests a comfortable place to unwind after a day exploring the mountains.
The full kitchen makes it easy to cook breakfast before skiing, prepare dinner after a day of hiking, or enjoy a slower mountain morning with coffee at home while taking in the orchard and mountain setting. The washer and dryer are a major convenience for longer stays, ski trips, families, and guests who want to pack lighter.
Smart TVs are included in the living room and both bedrooms, so guests can stream their favorite shows from multiple spaces. The home also includes a Tesla EV charger, which is a major bonus for electric vehicle travelers visiting Banner Elk, Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, Grandfather Mountain, and the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains.
Guests are welcome to enjoy apple picking when apples are in season. The orchard gives the property a unique sense of place and creates a memorable mountain stay that feels different from a typical condo or cabin.
This unit can be booked on its own or paired with the other Apple Blossom properties for larger groups. When booked together, the Apple Blossom collection can become a 7 bedroom, 4.5 bath mountain retreat, ideal for family gatherings, ski groups, wedding guests, and multi-family stays.

Apple picking is permitted when apples are in season. Guests should only pick apples for personal enjoyment during their stay and should use caution when walking through the orchard, as the ground may be uneven and natural outdoor conditions may be present.
